“Powerful Tools for Caregivers” is an educational program designed to help caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. Learn to reduce stress, improve self confidence, make difficult decisions,and locate helpful resources.
This is a six week workshop- September 24, October 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at the Watertown Public Library, 100 South water Street, Watertown.
The program is free (suggested $10 donation to cover cost of workbook) but registration is required. To register, call Aging and Disability Resource Center at 920-386-3580.
