A Memory Screen is a wellness tool that helps identify possible changes in memory & cognition; it creates a baseline of where a person is at so future changes can be monitored.

Some types of dementia are reversible, like those caused by nutritional and vitamin deficiencies, depression, thyroid Early Detection is Important!

Knowledge means you have contribute to prevention and more control! better treatments, so does a Memory Screen!

Dementias that are not reversi- ble can often be treated with medications that could slow down the progress and preserve quality of life for a longer period
